ALEC collects facts and evidence only. Nothing in an intake constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or a case evaluation, and completing an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship with any firm or with Client Intake Solutions. In an emergency, call 911 before using this service.
Firm dashboard access is governed by the firm’s partnership agreement with Client Intake Solutions. Firm users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for using intake data in compliance with applicable bar rules and law.
Don’t submit false intakes, impersonate others, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
By providing your mobile number during an intake, you consent to receive text messages from ALEC related to your intake — confirmation, a secure link to resume or review your case file, and follow-up from the receiving firm. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that any firm will accept a case, and we aren’t responsible for the legal services firms provide. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALEC’s liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid to us for it.
